Shipping & Delivery Policy

Delivery Times

We know you’ll often be ordering things you need in a hurry.  Your order will be processed within 24 hours after payment has been received unless it falls on a weekend or a public holiday, in that instance, it will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.  Thereafter products will be dispatched and delivered within 3 – 7 working days. Once your parcel is sent, you will receive a tracking link by email which can be used to track the progress of your order.

Out of Stock Products

Occasionally a product which you order may be out of stock, often due to popularity of the specific product. In this case we’ll contact you promptly with an update on when it will be sent.

Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should we have stock available; orders will be dispatched 3 – 7 working days for local after payment reflects in our bank. Should the products not be in stock please allow 10 working days plus freight transit time. This will allow for manufacturing and delivery to our warehouse. Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously, however, unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Impilo Santé Pty Ltd. will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule. 

Special Delivery Items or Instructions

If you have any special delivery instructions please add these to the ‘Additional Information’ field at checkout. Any text entered in the ‘Additional Information’ field will be displayed next to your address for the courier to follow. 

We use different Courier Companies for all national deliveries. Your parcel will be delivered to your doorstep.

All courier orders are sent with ‘Track & Trace’. We’ll send a dispatch email with your tracking number at the time your order is packed and ready to go.

Missing or damaged parcels

If your goods don’t reach you in perfect condition please notify us as soon as possible. Please don’t return damaged goods without notifying us first, as it is sometimes preferable to make arrangements from our end. Please keep any packaging and damaged items as they are received, as these are required for the claim process.

In the unlikely event that your parcel doesn’t reach you within the expected delivery time-frame of our having emailed you confirmation of dispatch, please let us know.

Orders

After submitting your order, you’ll need to make payment of the total cost of your order (including postage) directly to our bank account.

PLEASE NOTE

Possible delays might inlcude the following reasons:

  • Supplier / stock delay
  • Delivery / courier delay

Delivery ETA may be impacted due to above-mentioned issues.

We will notify you of any issues that may arise.

Upon delivery, products are sent at our risk until signed for by you or by any other person at the address you have given to us.  All products must be signed for on delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If no one of that age is at the address when the delivery is attempted the products may be retained by the driver.

When your Products arrive it is important that you check immediately the condition and quantity. If your Products have been damaged in transit, you must refuse the delivery and contact us so that we may dispatch a replacement quickly and minimize your inconvenience. Signing “Unchecked”, “Not Checked” or similar is not acceptable.

If we agree with you to deliver on a particular day or at a particular time, we will do our best to comply. But no time given is to be treated as contractual. So we are not liable to you for any expense or inconvenience you incur on account of delayed delivery or non-delivery.

Time for delivery specified on the Order, if any, is an estimate only and time shall not be of the essence.  

South Africa counter to counter:  Please ensure the correct delivery address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises. Delivery of all orders will take 3–7 working days.

International deliveries:  Unfortunately, deliveries cannot be made outside the borders of South Africa.

Undeliverable packages

Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.

Cost – Flat rate (T&C’s apply)

Flat rate delivery of R135 to main city centres in South Africa. Please contact us if you stay in a remote or outlaying area. This delivery will attract an additional delivery fee of R150, and payment of this fee is required prior to delivery taking place.

In the event of your parcel requiring a dedicated special trip to deliver the shipment, additional charges may be levied. Examples of special delivery areas include: Mines, Power Stations, Plots/Farms, Military Bases, Game Lodges, Ports/Harbours, Embassies and Consulates. In this instance, please contact us.
